With a variety of dining options such as choosing from over a dozen wines by the glass or enjoying a leisurely Sunday brunch with friends, Globe Bistro catered to different tastes and occasions. The open kitchen allowed customers to interact with the Chef, while a private dining room provided a more intimate setting for groups. Chef Dan Sander's culinary creations were inspired by fresh seasonal and local ingredients, incorporating flavors from around the world. Additionally, the rooftop patio offered full dining menu and drinks service for summer outdoor enjoyment. Despite their success over 13 years of operation, Globe Bistro has permanently closed.
