With today marking the official Summer Solstice, what better way to celebrate than with a pint of Solstice? ☀️🍻
Our Solstice Sour is back on tap and in cans. Inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse style, this raw sour beer is dry-hopped with a blend of T90 hops, Cryo hops, and hop terpenes, creating a bright and expressive aroma.
Expect refreshing citrus notes balanced by a delicate peach-like sweetness, making for a crisp, flavourful sour that’s perfectly suited for the longest day of the year.

Big news! 🌙🍻
We’re so excited to share that Bandit Brewery will be one of the official craft beer and food vendors for ROM After Dark on June 12.
For one night, the ROM transforms into a late-night playground of live music, DJs, dance floors, art installations, performances, and interactive experiences throughout the museum.
We’ll be pouring fresh Bandit beer and serving up some tasty eats while you wander the galleries, discover something unexpected, and experience the museum in a whole new way.
It’s one of Toronto’s most unique nights out, and we’re thrilled to be part of it.
