Allow me to Introduce myself! My name is Danny and Im a local chef from Toronto!
Long story short, due to Covid, I was laid off from my kitchen job twice and that's when I told myself to follow my heart and pursue my true passion. To cook and sell my own creations of foods.
I have invented my desserts from scratch and it took me close to 3-4 months to develop and start selling on Instagram. I reached out to 100s of ppl and influencers.
I was fortunate that my food was unique enough to bring traction and within the first week my sales tripled and got picked up by a local restaurant.
I own a dessert online shop called Taste Bender and we make one of a kind desserts that only exists here in Toronto.
We got written up on Taste Toronto, did a collaboration with an executive chef at Le Germain hotel and was invited by BlogTO as a guest panel for future food trends on Clubhouse.

South Americans: Oh are they Portuguese tarts?
Westerners: Oh is that a Creme Brûlée?
In the end we all share something similar in our culture that we can talk about.
