Thank you everyone for all the love and support since our reopening. It's been great seeing everyone again after all this time!
Anyways..
Riddle Room has to move. It has been a rough couple years and we need to change. We are not closing for good; we are changing to offer you guys something better. We're aiming to open up again later this year, right at the corner of Bloor and Spadina. From proposals to bar mitzvahs, we've been honored to be a part of your celebrations. For now, we're going to say goodbye on Friday, the 24th of September. Come by and try our rooms before they get demolished!

We're Back!
Riddle Room is finally open again! With stage 3 in effect, our cafe can only be at 50% capacity and masks will still be mandatory unless eating/drinking at the table.
New rules for the Cafe: $5 per person, no time limit, however you can bring in your own food/drink (please take your trash with you). Videos games will also be $5 per system, no time limit, unlimited game changes.
Unfortunately we won't be serving paninis/desserts anymore, but we will still have coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, and sodas (reduced prices)

Hello World! We’re back! Our Escape Rooms and Cafe will be open starting TOMORROW! (08/14) with normal business hours. But things will be a little different to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
1. Masks will be required in the rooms and cafe when not eating. Gloves will be provided in rooms if desired
2. Seating will be reduced in the cafe and video game tables will be $5/hr for a maximum of 6 people per table. ($5/table not each person)
3. You’ll be able to reserve Game Tables in person or by calling.

About a year ago we had the pleasure of trying out a prototype of this game. We LOVED it. It's finally on Kickstarter and we promise you a lot of work and care went into it. We’re all pretty hyped for the new Jumanji movie, and we know our games (even the cursed ones). While none of the games on our shelves are cursed, Sonypicturesofficial did gift us some cool merch to give away, AND some tickets to the screening in Toronto. The first 10 groups to book an escape room for December 9th or 10th (once this post goes up) will receive a pass for two to Jumanji on the 11th, 7pm at Scotiabank Theatre! So you can escape one of our games, and then see Dwane Johnson do basically the same thing.

To get to the café located on Yonge Street 2nd Floor in Toronto, there are several public transportation options available.
The closest subway station is Dundas Subway Station which can be accessed via Line 1 (Yonge-University). From the station exit on Dundas West, head north towards Dundas Street and then turn right onto Yonge Street. The café will be on your left-hand side after a short walk.
Alternatively, you can take bus routes 97 or 320 both of which stop at Yonge St at Gould St just a few steps away from the café.
For those driving to the café, there are several paid parking options nearby. There is a Green P parking lot located behind the building accessible from Gerrard Street East. Another option is to park in the Ryerson University Lot on Victoria Street just south of Gould Street. Metered street parking may also be available but availability varies depending on time of day and day of week.
