Christmas Fruit cake Bake-off 2022
What an experience learning from Cheryl . Absolutely cherished my time learning from a wonderful teacher like her. Cheryl covered everything from the ingredients, science, oven preparation, pan preparation, food photography basics and an endless universe of baking queries amidst her tightly packed schedule😁

Have been part of her previous bake off as well, so I know what is to expect! Have always been a HUGE fan of her writing and the words cannot explain how much I am thankful for sharing her recipe!. This cake is a brilliant one! I made her boozy Christmas cake 😍
