Tonight, we welcomed a visit from a dear friend and respected restaurateur, Libelle Geddes, owner of The Fifth.
Back in 2000, Libelle was Chef’s boss while he worked for Chef Didier during the rise of what would become Toronto’s top restaurant. At the very same time — years before Chef and Carolina met — Libelle was also working with Carolina and her fellow Les Clefs d’Or Concierges to secure the city’s most sought-after dining experience for their guests.
A sweet Toronto hospitality story, where Chef and Carolina were only six degrees of separation away from each other.
