A New Chapter at SnapBack ☕️
We’ve always believed that good coffee is about more than what’s in the cup — it’s about learning, experimenting, and constantly finding ways to make it better.
Today, we’re excited to introduce something new: our very first SnapBack Coffee roasted beans. 🧢☕
This is a small but really exciting step for us as a growing coffee shop. We’re learning the craft of roasting, experimenting with different profiles, and figuring out what brings out the best in every bean.
Our first release is a Brazil — Cerrado Mineiro, a medium-dark roast with a smooth, comforting profile featuring notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel.

🔥 Roast: Medium-Dark
☀️ Process: Natural Sun Dried
🌱 Varietals: Catuaí & Arara
☕ Tasting Notes: Chocolate • Hazelnut • Caramel
And just to be clear — we’re not saying goodbye to the coffee we’ve been serving. Our current roaster remains a big part of SnapBack and the coffee you already know and love. This is simply us adding another chapter to the menu and giving ourselves room to explore, create, and grow.
We’re still a small business figuring things out as we go, and that’s exactly what makes this exciting. This first bag won’t be our last. We’ll keep roasting, tasting, learning, and improving with every batch.
