was one of the biggest inspirations for us. It wasn’t until I tried their food that I realized how differently Indian cuisine could be presented. How it could feel elevated, intentional, and still deeply rooted in tradition.
That idea stuck with us. It’s a big motivator for us so could bring that same feeling to Toronto.
