We are excited to announce the 2026 Champions of Tomorrow Scholarship recipient… 🎉

Griffin Seafoot from Kamloops, B.C!

Griffin is the recipient of this year’s $25,000 Champions of Tomorrow Scholarship — presented by Papa Johns Canada and Canadian Hockey League to recognize young Canadians making a difference on and off the ice.

While being a goaltender, Griffin maintains an A average, mentors younger players in his community, and at just 12 years old launched a school food drive that has grown into a district- wide initiative — collecting more than 10,000 pounds of food over the past four years.

This summer, he’ll attend Shad Canada at St. Francis Xavier University, with plans to pursue engineering at the University of Waterloo.

We can’t wait to recognize Griffin on the ice at the 2026 Memorial Cup presented by Kubota in Kelowna on May 31. 🏆

To get to the pizza place located on O'connor Drive in East York, there are two transportation options available.

Option 1: Public transport
Take the subway to Coxwell Station on the Bloor-Danforth line. Then take bus number 70A, which takes you to O'connor Drive. Get off at the stop closest to Victoria Park Avenue and head north along O'connor Drive. The restaurant is a short walk from there.

Option 2: Driving/parking
From downtown Toronto, take Don Valley Parkway and exit at Eglinton Avenue East towards Victoria Park Avenue. Head south on Victoria Park Avenue and turn left onto O'connor Drive. There is street parking available nearby, but it can be limited during peak hours.
