We tearfully saying goodbye to Thambi, the longest running staff member in R&C history. Thambi has been at The Rose and Crown since 1991, running the kitchen himself since 2008. It’s a very bittersweet time for us. While we hate to see him go, we are excited for him as he begins a new life chapter. No matter where he winds up, he will always be part of The Rose and Crown family. Goodbye and good luck Thambi. We love you! ❤️

To reach the pub and restaurant located on Yonge Street in Toronto, there are a few different options for transportation. If traveling by public transport, one can take the subway to the Yonge-Bloor station and transfer to the northbound bus route that runs along Yonge Street. They can then get off at one of the stops near the intersection of Yonge Street and Bloor Street and walk to the destination.

Alternatively, if driving in a car, one can take Yonge Street going north towards Bloor Street. The establishment is located on the east side of Yonge Street just after crossing Cumberland Avenue. There is street parking available nearby but it may be limited during peak times. A better option might be to park at one of the nearby paid parking lots or garages in the vicinity of Yorkville.
