DINNER SPOTLIGHT: Susie’s × Raku Beef Dip 🚨
Here’s the move: dip it in the Niku broth, drop it in the crispy potato threads, then take the bite. Then repeat.
The Story: our limited-time collab with RAKU, the French dip reimagined Susie’s way. Comfort food with a twist, built to be dipped.
The Build: slow-roasted beef, miso caramelized onions, wasabi aioli, smoked provolone and crispy ketchup potato threads, served alongside Raku’s Niku broth.

Susie’s × Raku Beef Dip Collab
A limited-time collab, and it might be the best reason to come in for dinner this month.
The Story: we teamed up with our friends at RAKU to reimagine the French dip, Susie’s way. It is comfort food with a twist, built to be dipped, and it only lives on the menu for five nights.
The Build: slow-roasted beef, miso caramelized onions, wasabi aioli, smoked provolone and crispy ketchup potato threads, served alongside Raku’s Niku broth for dipping.

DINNER SPOTLIGHT: Kung Pao Fish
Sichuan heat meets American-Chinese comfort, all on one plate.
The Story: Chef & Partner, Kelvin Ng Kelvin Ng built this as a mashup of his favourite food memories. It started with a sizzling clay pot fish he discovered at The Bridge Restaurant in Chengdu. He took those bold, fish-fragrant Sichuan flavours and mixed them with his love for NYC American-Chinese food and classic Kung Pao Chicken. Sweet, spicy, nostalgic, and full of flavour.
The Build: pan roasted black cod, fermented Chinese long beans, Pixian chilis, Kung Pao sauce and ginger oil.
Available daily for dinner from 5-10pm

DINNER SPOTLIGHT: Breakfast Fried Rice
Yes, breakfast for dinner, and it’s the perfect dish for the table to share.
The Story: this dish started as a late-night craving Adam’s wife had during her pregnancy. She finished every breakfast with ketchup, so we seasoned our crispy potato threads to echo that sweet, tangy hit and piled them high for crunch. Comfort food, with a memory baked in.
The Build: soft scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, savoury sausage and sweet bay scallops, crowned with crispy ketchup potato threads.
