ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
-2+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager
-Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business/Hospitality -Management/Food and Beverage Management and/or equivalent an asset
-Smart Serve is a must
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
-Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management
-Excellent service skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Exceptional guest service orientation
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
-Proven problem-solving abilities
-Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
-Strong leadership and conflict management skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
-Ability to motivate and manage staff to work effectively as part of a team
-High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
-Exceptional interpersonal skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
