The cacio and the pepe. “Cacio” is kind of a non specific word for cheese but it’s pecorino cheese that’s commonly used (FYI pecora means sheep in Italian) “Pepe” means black pepper. She’s molto humble, yet molto delizioso. The devil, like most simple dishes, is in the details.
