Taj Mahal Sweets & Restaurant, previously located on Markham Road in Scarborough, was an Indian and Afghani restaurant that offered delicious sweets. Unfortunately, the restaurant has permanently closed. However, Taj Mahal has re-opened with a new name and number in Ajax after a store renovation. Experience authentic Afghan cuisine at the newly located Taj Mahal Restaurant.

Public Transport:
Take the TTC bus #102 from Warden Station and get off at the intersection of Markham Road and Passmore Avenue. Walk for approximately 5 minutes northbound on Markham Road towards Steeles Avenue.
Driving/Parking:
From Highway 401, take the Markham Road exit and drive south for approximately 4km. The restaurant is located on the east side of Markham Road, just south of Passmore Avenue. There is a small parking lot available in front of the restaurant or street parking is available on adjacent streets.
