What are we missing on the weekend?

This was one of the day-off at a chef’s kitchen.

We have BBQ pork and vegan Chives and chickpea filling.
It’s one by one handmade and steamed them in the big steamer pot. TASTY 😋

We catered for the greatest 70th birthday party at the back yard with a nice BBQ oven.
We were so happy to be there and celebrate for the lady with her families and friends.

We catered to the wedding party last weekend at their beautiful house. And we were very happy to see all people smiling and celebrating for this wonderful couple.
We brought homemade chicken sausage, sliders, hand wrapped gyoza, homemade BBQ pork bao, porcini mushroom arancini, stuffed cheese puff and desserts.
