It’s been a long 40 days (for my Catholic friends), and you deserve some great (meat) rewards for Easter!
I will be smoking beef brisket for the Easter weekend. I will also be grilling some of your favourites.
Brisket: The cost is $24/lb. You can order a minimum of 2lbs or a whole brisket which can be as large as 8lbs.
Baby back pork Ribs: 12 bone rack for $20
Smoked/roasted leg of lamb $75
Top sirloin steak (35oz) $65 (will feed 4) cooked to your doneness request.
Smoked whole turkey $12/Kg
Smoked whole Ham $10/lb.
Sides are available (at an extra cost) as well:

Cranberries
Stuffing (Dressing)
Mashed potatoes
Roasted potatoes
Maple glazed carrots
Grilled asparagus
Buttered green beans
Fenugreek cream sauce $15/1L
