Today is SUNDAY! Which means it’s Chicken Fried Steak Sunday!
After a trip through Texas, Chef Taylor came back thinking about one thing: chicken-fried steak. Crispy, golden, tender, and covered in rich peppery gravy, the kind of dish that feels like home the second it hits the table.
You don’t see it done often in Toronto and definitely not like this. So we made it our own at The Carbon Bar, with the same care (and indulgence) we put into everything we serve.
Our take on a Sunday roast: unexpected, comforting, and worth slowing down for.
See you later today 👀🔥
