• ATC Station -> Direct the activities of the bread, setup and steamer positions to successfully maintain high quality, accuracy and speed of service to all guests, including coordinating bread and meat cheese setups. Accurately dress toasted bread according to guest order.
• BREAD/SETUP Station -> Ensure proper bread and toasting standards. Ensure proper meat/cheese setup and proper rotation of product in steam tables.
• STEAMER Station -> Ensure placement of steamed meat/cheese on the dressed bread and packaging as per dine-in or take out. Final quality and accuracy check of order and one last hospitality opportunity before guest leaves.
• Use proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every Guest.
• Provide detailed menu and product knowledge
• Ensure every Guest receives a prompt and a warm greeting, and entire orders meet speed of service targets
• Promptly execute service recovery for any Guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the Guest regardless of involvement
