It is with mixed emotions that I share that EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Earlscourt BBQ is Closed.
We barely survived a fire and the pandemic, which took their toll financially and emotionally. Before starting a business, you know in the abstract that it will be difficult. When you experience it, it becomes real and can break a person.
Sometimes a business owner has to “fire themselves” and walk away.
We don’t know if there will be another food business or in what form. Please subscribe to our newsletter in case there are updates.
We learned a lot and made lots of friends.

Today is National Chicken Wing Day.
We have chicken wings. Come for our wings, stay for the karaoke after dark.
National Chicken Wing Day is celebrated on July 29 in honor of the best game day food out there, the sticky, spicy, satisfying chicken wing.

If taking public transportation, you can take the 512 St. Clair streetcar to the nearest intersection and walk a few blocks to reach the restaurant. Alternatively, if driving, you can find parking available along the side streets or utilize a paid parking lot in the vicinity of the area.

Barbecue restaurants are known for their mouth-watering meats, smoky flavors, and finger-licking sauces. Earlscourt BBQ on Street Clair Avenue West in Toronto was a hidden gem that offered all of these and more. Their menu was filled with delicious options that left customers coming back for more. From brisket to pulled pork, ribs to chicken wings, Earlscourt BBQ had it all.
Their dine-in hours were from Wednesday to Sunday, 5:00-10:00 pm, with last call at the bar at 11 pm. For those who preferred takeout, they offered pickup services from Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 until 9:30 or until they ran out of food. On Sundays, they were open from 2 to 7:30 pm. Customers could even order in advance through their online ordering system.
Earlscourt BBQ's chicken wings were a fan favorite and perfect for National Chicken Wing Day or any day of the week. They also had Wing Ding Wednesdays where customers could enjoy wings for only $1 each. And if that wasn't enough, they even hosted karaoke after dark.
Unfortunately, Earlscourt BBQ has closed its doors due to financial and emotional tolls caused by a fire and the pandemic. However, their legacy lives on as they made lots of friends and left a lasting impression on their customers' taste buds.
