Tagliatelle!
Fresh tagliatelle tossed with a rich lamb ragù, sweet peas, & fresh mint. Comforting, bright, and made for these last days of summer.
Enjoy with the Chioccioli Sanforà Toscana 2024, a fresh and fruit-forward Sangiovese with floral notes, bright acidity, and fine tannins, for the optimal pairing.
Don’t let the end-of-summer scaries get you. Have some pasta instead.

Vino Giovedì 🍷
This week, we’re pouring the Barolo DOCG “del Comune di Barolo” from Gomba Boschetti, crafted from 100% Nebbiolo in Piemonte.
The bouquet opens with ripe red fruit, blackberry, rose, liquorice, and delicate spice. On the palate, it’s elegant and structured, with refined tannins and a lingering finish marked by spice and minerality.
A classic expression of Barolo, made for lingering over and sharing with loved ones, and enjoy this bottle with our pan seared Coppa for a brilliantly rich pairing.

Our Black Cod is made for hot summer days like these.
BC Vancouver black cod sits on a bed of fennel prepared three ways, with salsa verde and pickled shallots, then finished with a vermouth zabaglione for an extra layer of richness.
Pair it with a crisp glass of Fontezoppa “Vardi” 2024 Verdicchio, Le Marche DOC, and share it with loved ones.
