Little Havana Café is Toronto’s premier authentic Cuban coffee catering company, and we’re growing. From film sets, corporate events to private celebrations, we bring high-vibe hospitality across the GTA. We’ve worked with Porche, Osprey Valley, and the Raptors to productions like The Handmaid’s Tale, The Boys, and Working Moms. Now we need another passionate barista to join the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll craft our signature drinks, think classic Miami-style Cuban coffees, and a full menu of hot and iced specialty drinks.
What We’re Looking For
• Barista experience is a must — hotel, restaurant, and café backgrounds are all highly valued, and knowing how to work fast without compromising quality and customer service.
• On-call availability — productions don’t run 9-to-5; flexibility on weekdays, evenings essential
• Valid driver’s licence — the locations are across the GTA
• Professional and personable — you’re representing a brand with a great story; your energy is part of the product and the experience.
• Spanish-speaking is a genuine asset — it’s not required, but an asset
• Reliable and self-sufficient — on-location catering means that problem-solving on the fly is part of the job.

9 years of the best coffee north of Cuba!
Little Havana Café was born from a deep love of Cuban coffee culture and the ritual that comes with it. The kind where coffee is shared and brings people together.
What started with family recipes and memories of Miami cafés turned into a vintage mobile café designed to feel like a small party wherever it goes. Strong espresso, Latin music, and a space where people could connect.
Over the past 9 years, you’ve made that vision real, inviting us to your events, your sets, your celebrations, and your everyday moments. Seeing familiar smiling faces wherever we go means the world to us! You turned customers into community, and turned a lukewarm coffee run into a latte made exactly when you need it.
Now we’re getting ready for what’s next! We’re growing and finding new ways to bring the Little Havana Café experience to even more people, while staying true to what got us here.
