Back for one Mic, one night, for now.

Listening to sets, at a Stand Up Comedy Open Mic, I host/produce, is one of my favourite ways to use my time. I love it. I have not done so, since February. I have missed it. Greatly.

I eagerly anticipate August 20th at Osprey Parkdale! To hear all those talented comics I rather dearly miss, and all the voices I have yet to hear. Toronto Stand Up Comedy is brilliant, and it’s Community is exceptional.

I have known one of the owners of The Osprey, since 2011. Gus Richardson! Back then, he trained me at a new restaurant gig. He tipped me out on that shift, when he didn’t have to. And working with him on shifts, meant working with someone I could rely on. His honesty, ethics, and kindness, is why I never forgot him. And jumped at a chance to bring all these amazingly talented Comedians, to his Osprey Cafe.

The evening promises to be exciting and full of laughs. The vibes of the venue are genuine. The talent extraordinary. I can’t wait to hear them all! Forward March.
