Named for St Anthony - the patron saint of pigs, and their farmers - and inspired by Anthony Bourdain's famous mortadella and provolone sandwich, our St Anthony is a winning combination of spicy soppresatta with buttery provolone and Dijon mayo. Add basil pesto, or Georgian green adjika and kick it up a notch.
What's adjika? So glad you asked! From Georgia (the country) this sauce is a green, herbal, flavour bomb! Parsley, dill, mint, cilantro, celery leaves, fenugreek, jalapeno, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. You'll want to put it on everything. We do!
