📣 Summer Marketing Coordinator Internship for Students! 📣

Are you a creative student who loves social media, food content, TikTok trends, and storytelling? Olde Yorke Fish & Chips is looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern to help bring our brand to life online!

This is a paid summer role and a great opportunity to build your resume/portfolio, gain real-world marketing experience, and be mentored in a supportive, community-focused environment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in both creative and operational environments. You’ll be responsible for managing our digital presence, creating engaging content, and supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives that drive traffic and build brand loyalty.


📍 Location:
Olde Yorke Fish & Chips
96 Laird Dr, Toronto
On-site filming required

⏰ Commitment:
Approximately 5 hours per week for the summer
Filming on-site, with editing done at home or on-site if preferred

💰 Compensation:
$17.60 per hour + some tasty food

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/TIkToks)
• Engage with customers online (comments, DMs, reviews) to maintain strong community presence
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement

👀 Who We’re Looking For:
• A passionate student (Gr. 11/12 or college/university) interested in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Someone who understands TikTok and Instagram trends
• Comfortable filming and editing using apps like CapCut or Edits
• Creative, organized, reliable, and full of ideas
• Interest in food, hospitality, or local business marketing is a bonus
