Made with delicate layers of crispy puff pastry, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and rich mascarpone cream, then finished with a generous dusting of premium cocoa for a classic Italian inspired dessert
Creating this cake was truly a labour of love. It was an honour to make something so special for someone who means the world to me.

This was the last one that went out this weekend. This Confirmation cake was designed with soft beige buttercream, delicate dried florals, a hint of pearls, and a gold cross to mark such a special occasion. ✨
Inside was rich chocolate cake filled with pistachio Swiss buttercream and chocolate ganache.
I love how everything came together on this one this is my smaller two-tier cake. Elegant and perfect for such a meaningful celebration.
