Ever dreamt of becoming a barista at a cafe? ☕️ You’re in luck! Caffiends is opening volunteer applications for the new academic year on August 31st @ 12pm EST sharp. (The link will be in our instagram bio)
Serve coffee and the Vic College community, while making new friends and learning barista skills for free! Commitment for volunteers is a 1-hour shift once a week for one semester, assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Make sure to sign up early for your preferred time slot. We can’t wait to see what our 2026 Fall volunteer roster looks like! 🥐🍂

Those taking public transport can take the subway to St. George Station and then transfer to the 94 Wellesley bus towards Castle Frank Station, getting off at Bloor Street West/Charles Street West stop. Alternatively, those driving can take the Gardiner Expressway and exit at Spadina Avenue, heading north and turning left onto Bloor Street West before turning right onto Charles Street West. Metered parking is available along the street outside of the establishment or there is a paid parking lot nearby.
