TIFF opening weekend is coming to Bloor-Yorkville! 🎬✨
From September 10 to 13, the Rogers Red Carpet will transform Yorkville Avenue with four days of free live music, outdoor film screenings, interactive experiences, photo moments and more.
Enjoy performances by Our Lady Peace, Kid Koala, Jeremie Albino, The 99s and the Casa Loma Orchestra, joined by members of the E Street Band.
The weekend will also feature screenings of TIFF favourites, including La La Land, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and The Princess Bride.

STOCK T.C. is preparing to open at 57 Yorkville Avenue, bringing its signature combination of specialty grocery, prepared foods and dining to Bloor-Yorkville.
Created by the teams behind Terroni and Cumbraes, STOCK T.C. is known for bringing the butcher, baker and pasta maker together under one roof, with quality ingredients at the heart of the experience. 🥩👨🏻🍳🍝

Grammy-nominated and multi-JUNO Award-winning Cuban-Canadian jazz pianist Hilario Durán takes the stage for an afternoon of live music in the heart of Bloor-Yorkville.
Born in Havana, Hilario has built an extraordinary career spanning Cuba, Canada and stages around the world. He spent nine years as pianist, arranger and musical director for Arturo Sandoval’s band, has performed alongside jazz legends including Dizzy Gillespie and Michel Legrand, and is recognized internationally for his contributions to Afro-Cuban and Latin jazz.
Tomorrow, experience his incredible musicianship right here in the neighbourhood. Pick up lunch from a Bloor-Yorkville favourite, find a spot in the park and enjoy a special afternoon of live jazz. 🎹🌳

For decades, Liss Gallery has brought some of the most recognizable names in contemporary art, photography and pop culture to Bloor-Yorkville. 🎨
At the centre of it is owner Brian Liss, whose career in the art world began with a passion for authentic movie posters and evolved into curating exhibitions and building relationships with artists and collectors around the world.
Over the years, Brian has worked with an incredible roster of artists and cultural figures, from Romero Britto and Peter Max to photographers Bob Gruen, Mick Rock and Harry Benson, along with artists including Ronnie Wood, Ringo Starr and Sir Anthony Hopkins.

Chrome Hearts is officially making its mark on the neighbourhood, with plans to open its first standalone Canadian location at 121 Scollard Street.
Known for its distinctive aesthetic and highly coveted jewellery, eyewear, leather goods, apparel and accessories, the Los Angeles-founded luxury brand has built a global following while maintaining a highly selective retail presence around the world.
The brand recently purchased the former Webster building on Scollard Street, marking another major addition to the neighbourhood’s growing roster of international luxury destinations.
