I’ve been getting a ton (3) of questions about just what it is I think I’m doing with SAN (schmaltz @ night). I’m here to set the record straight once and for all.
1-Kinda sorta East Coast New England Vibes (did you know I used to live in BOSTON)?
2- Lobster Rolls are served Hot dressed w plenty of LOBSTER and plenty of butter on a griddled bun.
3-Wieners (not hot dogs thank you) are all beef and griddled. PUT Queso and or Pastrami Chili and more or less ON MY WIENER.
4-yes of course we have NACHOS! but have you ever had LOADED LOBSTER 🦞 NACHOS I think not. But maybe. Dripping in butter and guacamole and queso.
