I’ve been getting a ton (3) of questions about SCHMALTZ @ NIGHT ending and YES ok YES THIS SUNDAY IS THE LAST NIGHT. THURSDAY TO SUNDAY AS PER USUAL 🌈

Did it work? YES.
Was it fun? YES.
Did you guys eat the absolute f**k out of lobster rolls and wieners and queso and all the other dumb delicious stuffs? ALSO YES.

Did I think people would be licking butter off their fingers? Obviously.
Did I expect some of you to be licking butter off EACH OTHERS fingers? Honestly kinda yes.

1-We started this whole thing as a little nighttime experiment. Lobster. Butter. Wieners. Queso. Patio. Snacks. Drinks. General summer nonsense.

2-And then you guys actually CAME. A lot. More than once. Brought friends. Brought dates. Brought babies. Brought dogs. Ate a lotta lobster.

3-Was I thrilled that it was a hit? YAS YAS. But maybe even more thrilled that it hit some weird sweet culinary nerve in people. Like ohhhh YES I DID want a hot buttery lobster roll and a griddled wiener and nachos and maybe a patty melt slider and I just didn’t know it yet.

3b-That was kinda the whole point.

4-So is this goodbye? NO.
Is SCHMALTZ @ NIGHT dead forever? ALSO NO.
Is this more of a see ya later / see ya soon / don’t get weird about it kinda situation? YES YES YES.

5-We’ve got something fun and cool and delicious cooking. Am I telling you what it is yet? No. Why? Because I don’t want to. Stay tuned.
