SLAKE x BURDOCK- 12 TAP TAKEOVER!

Slake and Burdock got together, twice, and created
Lake Burd Rice Lager at Slake, and Burd Lake Corn Lager at Burdock. Maybe just because they're pals, but also maybe to celebrate a certain someone's upcoming Birthday...
*Hint* it rhymes with Lake.
We'll have both collabs ON TAP and a bunch more from each brewery! No hint needed, it's 12!

We are SO EXCITED to officially announce our NO-LO Beerfest! Put Jan 20th in your calendars! We’ve invited over our craft beer brewing pals, but this time to showcase their Non-alcoholic and Low-alcoholic options! The Only is all about having a little something for everyone, and we feel you shouldn’t have to compromise on quality, selection, or atmosphere when it comes to choosing NO-LO beers!

SECOND EDITION of our bottle pour nights! Avling Kitchen & Brewery will be here next Friday (the 15th), with a selection of four their barrel aged beauties! We’re popping open bottles of the good stuff and offering by the glass pours from 6-9pm. The bottles themselves will also be discounted for the evening, so you can enjoy one at the bar, or take home two, or three... or all four... they make great gifts! Come taste and learn all about these amazing Farmhouse Ales. If you’re intimidated by new styles or bottles in general, this is totally for you!! They’re really approachable, and drinkable, and we’re just so smitten! Can’t wait to share them with you!
We’re pouring:
Orpheus- Tastes like citrus and springtime! Made with marigolds and orange wine skins.
Violet Moon- Beautiful berry flavours burst from the glass. Made with Ontario blue plum and Grammy wine skins.
Sangfroid- Made with Cab Sauv skins and honey. Just a stunner!
Pale Fire- Perfectly peachy, nice and dry, and oh so spritzy.
We also have a tap feature, and are offering mini flights to be enjoyed with your bottle pour. Perfect Friday evening if you ask me. See you there!

Parsons Brewing Company is coming to The Only to host a guided beer tasting Saturday May 6th from 4-6pm! “True Stories. Well Brewed” is the Parsons motto, so come out to hear Chris tell you the stories behind four of their barrel aged beers. We’ll sample and discuss, and you’ll get a pint of Crushable Pilsner to sip on too! Whether you’re a seasoned beer connoisseur or just curious and looking to try something new, this event has you covered. In addition to the guided tasting we’ll be featuring more Parsons beers on draught and in cans. We can’t wait!!

We’re welcoming back baseball season with Left Field Brewery and some ICE COLD specials! We have both Ice Cold Beer and Ice Cold with Lime on special all night! Plus from 4-7pm we’re having a pre game special! A full pint of Ice Cold and a hotdog for $10. We’ll be playing the game too! Come on by and celebrate the return of baseball with some tasty brews!
