Xin Chào,
What started as a dream in Toronto years ago has now found a new home at Waterworks! We’re officially open for orders, and it’s been an incredible journey getting here.
A huge thank you to our friends and family who showed up, supported us, and forgave all the little hiccups as we fine-tune everything. Your love means the world.
To our loyal customers from Cookin, DoorDash, Google, and beyond—you’ve been with us from the start, and we couldn’t have done this without you. If you’re nearby, just pass by and say hi. We’d love to see you in person!
We’re here, behind the scenes, making sure Hà Nội Bites shines. Swing by, bring your appetite, and let’s make new memories together.

Small but meaningful change—our name now reflects the correct Vietnamese spelling: Hà Nội Bites. It’s a simple tweak that carries so much pride and authenticity, paying tribute to the city that inspires our flavors.
Huge thanks to and for guiding us through this subtle but meaningful update

🚀 Taking the Next Step! 🚀
Over the past year, I've been working in my home kitchen, perfecting my dishes and refining my operational processes, all while gathering invaluable feedback from all of you. The support has been incredible, and now it's time to take the leap and bring my food to a wider audience.
I'm currently searching for a small space to rent with the following requirements:
- Size: Around 40 sqft
- Location: As close to downtown as possible
- Open to sharing with another chef
Additionally, if there's any chef out there interested in teaming up and co-operating in a shared space, please contact me!
If you know of any potential spots or have connections that might help, please reach out! This is a huge step in my journey, and your support would mean everything.
Thank you for being part of this adventure!

Our customers played a big part in this journey. Their feedback was like a guiding light, helping us refine and improve the dish until it became a menu highlight. This process was a lesson in patience, learning, and the power of community.
We're excited to share the Banh Mi Chicken Mushroom, our newest dish, inspired by the classic Giò Gà. It's a mix of tradition and innovation, and it wouldn't be here without your support. Come try it and let us know what you think. Your input might just inspire our next creation!
