It is never easy to say goodbye!
After 18 years, it is time to say goodbye. Bloom will permanently close our doors this Saturday July 30th, after our last dinner service.
It has been an incredible pleasure to be part of the Bloor West Village community. We have so many amazing memories, and we’ve met so many wonderful people who became our friends, and then part of the Bloom family. But as many of you know, the last two years have been very difficult. In the midst of the COVID pandemic, our family was devastated with the sudden loss of my brother Bill, who founded Bloom in 2004. His passing has had huge emotional impact on us. For our family, it is time to move on.
We want to take this opportunity to thank all of you our wonderful clients for your support of Bloom through the years. A big thank you to our incredible staff who worked hard to make Bloom a great success, Chef Pedro, Pedro Salvín, Jordi, Leonardo and the rest of the team who made Bloom a special place.
On September 1st, a new restaurant will be opening in our location. It is a wine bar and smoke house and we hope you will support them as you supported us.
In the meantime, If you have a Bloom gift certificate you have not used, please send us the number and we will reimburse the full amount.
