We love our beautiful hand painted mural by long time friend Gabry, of Gabry Fine Art.

Gabry paints beautiful landscapes and was a perfect choice for the Italian countryside mural Gino envisioned for the dining room.

The scene is of Pompei, a city in southern Italy’s Campania region that is overlooked by the active volcano at Vesuvius. Pompeii was an ancient city which was buried by the 79 A.D. eruption of Mount Vesuvius.

We love the warmth the new mural brings to the restaurant. See the before and after in our latest blog post on our site (link in bio to read).

Gino has perfected the craft of the roman-style flatbread pizzas—the pinsa romana—and is one of only two certified masters in Canada to offer authentic pinsa romana at his restaurant.
