Dry-aged AAA short rib and chuck. House-made pickles. Crisp greenleaf. A sauce we built ourselves. We didn’t open Friday Burger Company to cut corners. We opened it so the people who walk in get the burger I’d make for myself.

We wanted to figure out what actually makes a great burger…so we tested different buns, sauces, toppings — and most importantly, different beef blends 🥩
After all that eating, testing and tweaking, we landed on what we believe is the perfect combination 💯:
Dry-Aged AAA short rib + chuck.
The result is the flavour, texture and balance we wanted from our burger 👌
We didn’t want to open another burger joint.
We wanted to build the burger we couldn’t stop thinking about 💭
