ONTARIO PEACH PIE
Peach season is in full swing and we can't get enough of this pie!
Every week we head to 2 different farmer's markets to get our peaches from a couple farmers. Every Tuesday from Matz at TrinityBellwoodsFM and Saturday from Bizjak Farms at Wychwood Barns Farmers Market
The fruit we get in the summer is so incredible that we try to get as much as we can. We process and freeze the fruit so that we can keep the summer flavours for as long as we can.

Did you know we make all our pies in house! From the dough to the fillings, everything is made from scratch. We've got savoury and sweet options.
You can always pick up frozen, ready to bake pies from our freezer. Also, we offer daily rotating pie slices, ready to eat.

- All-Butter (frozen options always available)

It's been a while since we did one of these, and we're excited for this one. Nicole joined our team last year and we really love watching her grow. She enjoys taking on new challenges, and we are excited to keep teaching her more. Nicole had little experience in the kitchen/cafe world and is now making you some of your favourite meals!

What's your favourite coffee/tea drink at the shop?
I love a latte with cinnamon syrup or a dirty chai latte! Hot or iced, depending on the weather!
What's your favourite alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink at the shop?
Our strawberry lemonade is so refreshing for the summer season
What's your favourite pie flavour?
Pecan pie always and forever
What's your favourite menu item?
Coffee cake!
What inspired you to join our team?
I'm always looking for a place I can thrive creatively and be surrounded by a good community and that's exactly what TCWK offers. Jenn and Nika's kindness and attention to detail shine through the shop and team!!
Outside of work, what hobbies or interests do you enjoy?
Digital and traditional art, crochet, linocutting, videogames and I've been learning to play the drums!! I'm also alwayssss exploring new music and collecting vinyls, CDs and going to LOTS of concerts
What's one fun fact about yourself that our customers might be surprised to learn?
I'm working on an original full length comic!

Probably our secret Santa staff party!! It's always nice to have the whole team together, especially when we yell at eachother while playing overcooked or mario kart hehe
