🎞️ To kick off TIFF, we’re excited to welcome ERAN and Steve Gonzalez to Soluna for a special dinner experience before the party.
🇨🇴 Chef Steve Gonzalez is a Toronto-born chef, restaurateur and culinary entrepreneur whose career has been defined by a passion for Latin American cuisine and an entrepreneurial spirit. Born and raised in Toronto to Colombian parents, Gonzalez began working in restaurants at just 13 years old as a dishwasher and steadily worked his way through the kitchen ranks. Over a career spanning roughly three decades, he has cooked in Toronto and internationally, including experiences in Hong Kong, Miami, Spain, British Columbia, Panamá and Costa Rica.
