Hosted by Bossanova’s own Nate Cross, each flight is a chance to taste outside your comfort zone: styles you might not reach for on your own, regions worth knowing, and new arrivals the team is genuinely excited to share. With only 10 seats per flight, there’s plenty of room to ask questions and get into it. Whether you’re deepening your knowledge or just curious what’s in the glass, On Rotation is an easy way in.

Chef Katy Chan and partner Niki Tsourounakis set on their own entrepreneurial journey in 2010, and continue to operate their businesses independently. They love what they do and are committed to making positive change in the food service and hospitality industry.
