From 200 to 100 and there's no looking back.

The menu and inventory is so much easier to manage.

We can easily double up during crunch time so customers don't have to wait as long as they used to.

And newer staff members will have a lighter learning curve.

We still get a lot of people asking what we removed (because it looks like everything is still here) 😂

I shall take it as a compliment that we did this the right way.

As in taking away what drains our kitchen operations, and preserving the look and feel of what customers love to see on the outside.
