Made from mixing puffed rice with mint chutney, red chutney, tamarind chutney, Black salt, Chaat masala, red chili powder, shredded carrot, diced onion, diced tomatoes and cilantro.

Ragada is made with dried white peas cooked with spices.

Patties are shallow fried that are made from boiled potatoes mashed with spices like chili powder, turmeric and chaat masala.

Put ragada and patties together, top it with diced tomatoes, diced onions, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, Black salt, chili powder and lastly garnish with sev and coriander and voila it’s ready 😃
(Pro tip - sprinkle extra chaat masala on top and it elevates the whole dish)
