It’s been a minute. Hi. Most of you know me here as the Food Truck guy of Home Appliances. You also lknow we sold our truck, Gerty, last year because…well let’s just say life happened. So who am I without a food truck? Let me re-introduce myself.

I’m Rob. My whole professional career I’ve been a Chef. But for even longer, I’ve been an artist. Before culinary school, I attended art school. Before mastering knife skills, I learned how to wield pencils. I used my passion for art to plate canvases of food. But no longer.

Now, I’ve been given an opportunity of a lifetime to reshape my path and start anew. Welcome to Goodnight Kylo. My tattoo studio.

Over the past 4 months I’ve been quietly building out my shop, refining my artistic hand, and practicing tattooing daily. More than in the kitchen, this is where my passions lie.

I’ll be sharing my work here as I explore different artistic styles and find my voice in this new world. Books will open soon for those who have already commissioned some work. As well, my first flash sale is on its way. Stay tuned and thanks for being here.

Many of you know our story. No need to go into details. It’s been magical. It’s been wild. It’s been fulfilling and purposeful. Getting to know you, your double cheeseburger no pickles, fries with mustard on the side, RJ special orders and your dog’s names have been the privilege of a lifetime.

Option 1: Public Transport
Take the subway to Dundas Station and walk north on Yonge St. for about 10 minutes until you see the snack van, caterer and food truck/restaurant on the east side of the street.

Option 2: Driving/Parking
If driving, take Yonge St. and find street parking around the area. There are also various paid parking lots nearby. Look for the snack van, caterer and food truck/restaurant along Yonge St., which is easily accessible from major Toronto roads such as Bayview Ave or Queen St.
