A few weeks ago, we had our fourth annual Good Behaviour retreat! We disappeared from the city and headed up north for a few days to pause, reflect, and look at everything that’s happened at GB this year. We took an honest look at what worked, what we’re proud of, and where we can grow, while also making plans and dreaming up new ideas for the year ahead.

Our goal is simple… to make our shops and GB better than they were the year before. That means learning new techniques and methods, challenging ourselves to think differently, and reminding ourselves of what we’re building and, most importantly, why we’re building it.

Now, as we head into our fifth year, we’re looking for great people to join our team across our three Toronto locations:

Introducing our second FOTM for October, Filson Smokejumper! ☕️🍫

Made in collaboration with our friends at Filson, Filson has been making gear for people who work outdoors in tough conditions since 1897. Smokejumpers are elite wildland firefighters who parachute into remote forests to fight fires that can’t be reached by road or trail. The practice began in the Pacific Northwest in the 1930s, the same region where Filson was founded. 🪂🔥

Our Filson Smokejumper ice cream starts with a smoked coffee base, rich, deep, roasty, with a campfire edge. We then fold in chocolate-covered honeycomb for a sweet crunch and chocolate stracciatella for delicate shards of chocolate in every bite. ☕️🍯🍫
