After 11 years in the restaurant world, it feels like the right time to close this chapter.
Soi Snacks will be serving its last day on December 31st, 2025.
This journey didn’t start here. Some of you have been with us since Soi Thai Street Food, then Shanee, Dee Thai Cuisine, and finally Soi Snacks. Along the way, we’ve done all kinds of things — pop-ups, workshops, parties, collaborations, experiments, and lately even a very chaotic (and very fun) Thai pizza kitchen.
We were never conservative. We always tried to do things that felt daring, fun, and unique, but honest. Food that didn’t try to please everyone, but meant something to us.
And somehow, that’s what brought the die-hard fans — the ones who came because they couldn’t find the same food served anywhere else.
Running restaurants is exhausting, emotional, stressful, and beautiful all at once. There were nights that felt impossible, and moments that reminded us exactly why we started. Looking back now, we’re proud that we stayed true to our hearts, trusted our instincts, and tried our best to be as authentic as possible.
To our team, past and present — thank you for holding this place together, for the long days, late nights, and everything in between. And to everyone who supported us, showed up, brought friends, and kept coming back — we truly couldn’t have done this without you.
If you feel like stopping by one last time, we’d really love to see you.
This is not a goodbye.
