Let’s talk about Salt baby…🧂
We use Pink Himalayan salt or Celtic Sea Salt when seasoning our soups, stews and chilis. These salts are less processed and have an abundance of essential trace minerals.
We use minimal amounts, just enough to bring out the flavours of veggies and meats. For some it may not be enough, so if you need a little more…go for it! Add a couple shakes 😉
Not only are sea salts delicious, in moderate amounts they are also health building, and you know how we heart the health builders!

My dinner tonight. This smoky roasted red pepper soup is so tasty and warming. I topped it with a sprinkle of grated aged cheddar and a dollop of sour cream. We hope you all enjoy your soup as much as I did.
Ingredients:
Chicken broth, roasted red peppers, roasted cauliflower, red onion , tomato puree, cream cheese, smoked paprika, garlic, avocado oil, herbs de provence, cayenne pepper, sea salt.

We are so excited to offer the gift of slow cooked bone broth for your nourishment and healing. Bone broth/stock, has become very popular as we are more aware of it's healing properties. It's being used on gut healing protocols, as an anti inflammatory and for joint, skin, bone and muscle health to name a few. Some of the important vitamins and minerals that are released from chicken bones are : calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, numerous amino acids and of course the collagen.
We like to drink a cup a day for all these benefits plus the protein content. It's such a satisfying warm drink that checks all the boxes for nutrition and comfort.
This is also being used to help our pet friends that could use alittle health boost.

There have been some questions about jar returns so we want to clarify how the system will work. Starting this week, as we pick up your jars and drop off your soup we will put into our system that we owe you $1.00 per jar off your next order with us. If you are not ordering every week just hold onto your jars for the next time you do.
If you decide not to order again, you are welcome to drop the jars off to us and we will give you $1.00 per jar (DM for drop off locations) or you can always keep the jar and reuse it or recycle it.

To get to the restaurant, take the subway to Queen Station and walk east on Queen Street until you reach the corner of Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue. From there, turn left onto Broadview Avenue and continue walking until you see the restaurant on your right.
If driving, take the Don Valley Parkway and exit at Richmond Street. Drive west on Richmond Street until you reach Broadview Avenue, then turn left onto Broadview Avenue. The restaurant will be on your right-hand side. There is street parking available in the surrounding area or a paid parking lot nearby.
