How long have you been working at Lulu?
👩🏻‍🍳: Since 2023

What is something you're passionate about that you bring into Lulu's kitchen?
👩🏻‍🍳: I'm passionate about exploring flavours, experimenting with ingredients and bringing different culinary influences together to create something unique. What inspires me just as much is the opportunity to mentor my team, share ideas, and grow together. To me, a great kitchen is built on creativity, teamwork and the shared pride of putting great food on the table.

What is your favourite dish and drink combination?
👩🏻‍🍳: My favourite dish on the menu is our Salmon Crudo. I love how the freshness of the salmon pairs with the bright citrus tamari, pops of yuzu tobiko and savoury notes of wasabi furikake. It's light. Refreshing and full of flavours without being overly complicated. I pair it with a crisp dry sake that complements the delicate flavours of the fish and brings out the citrus notes. It's the perfect combination to start a meal at Lulu Bar 🌺
