Meet El Diablo, our long-term resident since November 2022, roasted by Omnia Coffee Roasters.
The one that never misses and never left. A coffee so consistent, it quietly became the standard.
This coffee needed a proper shoutout.
It has proven to be the golden standard of coffees; you can never go wrong with this one. A true staple in our shops for quite some time now.
After almost 3 years on our menu, it was about time to give our OG a proper shoutout again.

Reintroducing the famous El Diablo. Roasted by Omnia Coffee Roasters. If you are looking for a FULL BODY, RICH, CHOCOLATY, NUTTY, and SWEET espresso, this coffee will definitely hit the spot.

With tasting notes of ROASTED PEANUT BUTTER, CHOCOLATE & DATES, this coffee is rich and can be enjoyed in all forms, whether as an espresso, americano, cortado, or latte. With milk, all tasting notes pop and turn into something close to a peanut butter chocolate milkshake. As an espresso or americano, it delivers the full experience of a well-balanced coffee in terms of body, acidity, and mouthfeel.

This coffee is the darkest in the lineup, still within the medium roast range. Roasted enough to give richness and full body while still maintaining a balanced, sweet flavor, allowing you to enjoy a well-rounded coffee.

In a time when women are present in coffee farming and production, this lot reflects the strength of Brazilian women in coffee.

Danielle is part of the “Brazil Mountain Coffee Women in Coffee Blend,” a group of women in Brazil elevating the coffee industry through innovation, technology, sustainable practices, improved post-harvest methods, and advanced agricultural knowledge.

Danielle Fonseca is the granddaughter of a coffee farmer and daughter of a producer. She began managing the farm with her father in 2016 and, by 2018 when her parents moved to another city and her sister moved to Canada, she took over full management. Since then, she has worked to implement sustainable practices and improve post-harvest methods, highlighting what makes Fazenda da Serra’s coffee special. Full traceability is available for all harvesting steps across all farm lots.

🚨🚨🚨 NEW COFFEE ALERT 🚨🚨🚨
We’ve been serving this one quietly for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been an easy yes from us. It fits perfectly into the lineup.
Some coffees just click, this one didn’t take long.
Roasted by .
This lot comes from Halo Beriti Washing Station in Ethiopia, working with over 750 smallholder producers. It’s a natural “special prep” meaning extra hand-sorting at every stage, with only the best cherries making the cut. Small production, high attention to detail.
The cup is smooth, expressive, and fruit-forward.
Think blood orange, blackberry, and a soft honey finish.
As espresso, you get that sweet orange upfront, followed by blackberry brightness, finishing with a buttery honey sweetness.
With milk, it leans dessert-like, think upside-down orange cake.
On drip or pour over, it opens up into a clean, tea-like cup with a smooth body.
We approached the roast medium-light to keep the fruit lively while maintaining balance and structure.
This is exactly what the experimental hopper is for, coffees that are a little different, a little more playful, but still dialed.
Available now at Buno on espresso, pour over, retail, and on drip.
Come try it while it lasts.

🚨🚨🚨 NEW COFFEE ALERT 🚨🚨🚨
Replacing El Paraiso was not something we took lightly.
We cupped over 15 coffees before selecting this lot, searching for something truly worthy of taking its place. This is that coffee.

We’ve been serving it quietly for about a month now, and it’s already becoming a fan favorite.

Sourced through our friends .coffee this Yellow Bourbon from La Cabañita, Acevedo, Huila 1550 MASL, undergoes a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a beautifully expressive cup, deeply syrupy, bold, sweet, and full of depth and structure.

The profile is refined and layered with coronation grape , ripe banana , and a rich cocoa finish.
As espresso, it presents a sweet, wine-like intensity.
With milk, it becomes silkier and composed, almost like a grape mousse.
As a pour over, it reveals clean sweetness and silky texture.

Scoring 89, we approached the roast with intention, medium-light, allowing the full character of the coffee to express itself without compromise.

This is easily one of the most premium coffees we’ve put in our espresso hopper, and a true reflection of what we stand for, serving coffees that truly stand out.
Available now at Buno on espresso, pour over, retail, and occasionally on drip.
Come try it before it’s gone.

The perfect cortado comes to life through 3 elements: ratio, temperature and texture. With its almost 1:1 milk-to-espresso ratio, the espresso must remain prominent yet smoothly complemented by milk that’s naturally sweet, achieved by heating it only to the point where lactose and fructose separate without overheating and losing sweetness. That’s why our cortados are served at a warm, ready-to-drink temperature, in a 4.25 oz Gibraltar cup, and strictly to stay; preserving its balance, smoothness and excellence for as long as it is meant to be enjoyed.

🚨🚨🚨NEW COFFEE ALERT🚨🚨🚨

We are very excited to announce a very special coffee. We have been looking forward to serving it ever since we cupped it at . It will be exclusively available at Buno for a limited time due to its small supply.

We have spent weeks aging and testing different recipes to ensure it is served at its absolute best. The cup delivers a thick ruby port wine character with syrupy sweetness, lemon candy, and tropical vibes. It truly shines as an espresso, offering the full range of flavors, but also works beautifully with milk, where the layers come together and it continues to be the star of the show.
This is one of the most premium coffees we have ever put in our espresso hopper. Many called us crazy for doing so, but this is exactly what Buno is all about—pushing boundaries and serving coffees that are truly special. These beans are sometimes used in high-end blends to elevate the profile and add something extra.

It is a microlot of the Caturra variety from Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica, a region rich in volcanic soil and known for its productive land. The beans are processed using a molasses fermentation method, which involves placing depulped cherries in a sealed stainless steel barrel with a 5% molasses-and-water mixture. The pH is monitored until it reaches around 4.0 over 2–4 days. The coffee is then washed and sun-dried, resulting in bold, layered, and naturally sweet flavors.
Slide to see the green beans that looks like been coated in molasses.

We are thrilled to collaborate with catalogue.coffee, which allowed us to be more involved in the roasting process and bring out the coffee’s full potential.
Available now at Buno on the bar for espresso drinks and in retail bags to take home. Drop a 💛 if this is your favorite.

🚨🚨 NEW COFFEE DROP 🚨🚨🚨 (LIMITED TIME ONLY)
Just when you thought it couldn’t get wilder… we’re back with another banger from our friends at Traffic Coffee Co. in Montréal.
This is the third release in our Limited Edition series, and it’s truly something special.
It also comes from Rodrigo Sanchez’s farm, a producer who’s been cooking up some incredible stuff lately. This time, it’s a coconut lemonade co-ferment, and yes, it’s as wild and delicious as it sounds.
As you’d expect with a coffee like this, everything from the beans to the dry and wet grounds is bursting with aroma and character.
It’s giving pure summer. Coconut freska is a nostalgic Egyptian treat made of sticky sweetened coconut sandwiched between two thin round wafers, only found by the beach. Swipe to see it!
Then the lemonade hits. Bright, zesty, and punchy, like a chilled shot of limoncello. The whole cup tastes like vacation.
This is not your everyday coffee. It’s vibrant, playful, and packed with personality. Fun, refreshing, a little out there, but beautifully smooth and well-balanced.
We’re loving what Traffic is doing. When it comes to bold flavour experiments like this, we’re always in.
Best enjoyed as a pour-over or filter brew.
Available on retail and pour-over. Limited quantity. Don’t sleep on it.
And don’t hesitate to ask our baristas how to brew it, because with a coffee this unique, it definitely matters.
