Growing with the neighbourhood that’s grown with us over the last 14 years.
More local. More seasonal. More made in-house.
Familiar at its core, with a few new directions.
A menu that moves with the seasons and brings back favourites when the timing’s right.

Zachary Albertsen
Executive Chef
From Madison to Toronto to D.C., Zach’s built kitchens and concepts that last.
His path took him through Chicago and Copenhagen before returning home to lead and open some of the city’s most recognized restaurants — and most recently, three new concepts in Washington.
At the core, it’s always been the same focus: strong teams, thoughtful food, and always moving forward.
Now back at Queen, alongside Chef Maghnus.
See you next week!

Maghnus Sullivan-Lorenz
Head Chef, Queen📍
Toronto raised. Classically shaped. Globally influenced.
From his early days on the line with Chef Zach, to kitchens across the city and time spent in the Loire Valley, Maghnus brings a point of view that’s grounded, intentional, and quietly confident.
His approach is simple. Respect the ingredient. Trust the process. Let the food speak.
This next chapter at Queen is built on that.
See you next week!
