manzou’s mini cakes are back for valentine’s this year!! this time a bit taller (more layered!) than before 💘. this is our take on the undying love for dubai chocolate by incorporating pistachio cream and toasted kataifi into our creamy chocolate mousse paired with our tangy strawberry cream made in house from fresh strawberries! and don’t worryyyy it still retains the light, fluffy, and not too sweet manzou quality that y’all love 💗

happy holidays everyone!! feeling the cold!? we’re back this year with a ~spicy~ warm flavour inspired by the shared spices found in two beloved staples: Indian masala chai and a classic gingerbread cookie.

though they come from different culinary traditions, their warm spice profiles pair beautifully and we loved bringing them together in our own way. this is our take in a classic manzou-style cake: soft, creamy, and still very light.

texturally, this one is FUN (yes, the ginger molasses cookie stays gooey and yes, the feuilletine is cronchy)… :3
