Last but not least of the three stooges in our Holiday flavours is a staple recipe which we’ve turned into a cookie is the Food for the gods. My grandma “Lola” and mom always made this recipe during the Christmas time and always brings back fond memories! ⠀

The texture and flavour combination of the dates, walnuts, and butterscotch it’s just heavenly! It’s a must try! ⠀

Of the three stooges our Holiday this flavours represents the present as it is our trendy and current favourite drink! It reminds us of a hot chocolate by the fire as you watch the snow paint the trees a beautiful sparkly white 🥰.⠀

First up in from our Holiday “Half-Baked” Line is our version of the gingerbread cookies ☺💕. Just like the three stooges our Holiday line has three flavours and this one is the first one out the gate as a timeless classic!⠀

This is a classic Christmas cookie with a twist 😋 the brown butter adds nutty dark notes and compliments the warm spices in the cookie! This cookie as part of our “Half- Baked” line is a soft chewy gingerbread on the inside with a crisp outside as opposed to the traditional crisp hard cookie!

Who says it has to be fall for you to have pumpkin spiced cookies?! I think I have a new favourite flavour! These cookies almost have a brownie like texture from the inside - fudgey and moist from the pumpkin with a crisp outisde! ⠀

BUT I mean, I may be bias as I love a well spiced pumpkin pie with chantilly cream! It tastes like a warm hug ☺️💕! You have to try it for yourself!

The wait is over! There have been so many requests and inquiries for this flavour. I wanted to make sure that the recipe was perfect for you guys before releasing the flavour! ⠀

Ube is the Filipino word for purple yam and naturally is sweet and buttery. It is very aromatic and has a slight floral and vanilla flavour that some people compare to taro. ⠀

I hope I’ve made my Lola proud with this one 💕 I wanted to make sure to showcase some Filipino flavours on the menu as my love for baking cake from my Lola and mother!
