The tomato & goat cheese and asparagus & cheddar quiche from a recent bridal brunch catering event were also a hit. The crudités featuring blanched snap peas, asparagus & green beans, heirloom cauliflower, and homemade lemon hummus were simple yet delicious. The rhubarb & mixed berry fruit tarts are elegant and evolve with seasonal fruit throughout spring and summer. Even the pizza chicken was a healthier take on the classic dish that pleased both clients and the cook's son.
