And just like that, it’s over!
We will truly miss our amazing neighbours/friends, especially the kindest, loveliest and most beautiful soul to exist! He offered us his help from day one and spent a good part of three days at the end, doing everything he could to get us packed up and moved out, he didn’t even let us take down our own sign! We’re selling Ice Queen!

SUPER fun, awesome business for sale. We’re selling Ice Queen for the cost of equipment & inventory only!

We love our little summer pop-up business, we are so passionate about it and the products we offer, especially our Hawaiian Shaved Ice, a HUGE hit!

Unfortunately, we (my partner & I) work full-time jobs, and after 2 years of building Ice Queen and having a blast with it, we are running out of steam and have chosen not to run it next summer. It breaks our hearts.

Ice Queen (a summer pop-up) was built from our obsession with Hawaiian Shaved Ice, an incredible icy treat that we had not been able to enjoy since visiting Hawaii. Ice Queen started a side hobby, a fun project, a little dream that became a reality. It’s truly been an incredible experience but we’re too old for 2 jobs!

This summer we moved to Kensington Market and hired a couple truly lovely employees that have taken a big load off our shoulders. Our rental lease is temporary and ends at the end of August. There is a possibility to extend the lease if the new owner wishes to do so. September is a great month for Shaved Ice & Ice Cream!

We were published in BlogTO and Toronto life last summer. We’re the only Shaved Ice vendors in the city and we have regulars that come all the way from Bolton for this delicious summer treat! Our product has never had a complaint, in fact 100% of our customers have been overly happy with it, and our Shaved Ice exceeds everyone’s expectations, even the expectations of those who, like us, fell in love with it in Hawaii and have not been able to find a comparable product until they found us!

We are looking to pass Ice Queen onto someone who will love it like we do and build on what we have already accomplished.

We are selling the business for only the cost of our used equipment (all in excellent condition) and inventory, under $50,000 in total. We have a very detailed itemized list to share with serious inquiries. Included in the sale is in-store training (as much as you want!), recipes, contacts, Instagram account, signage etc.. We will coach you and teach you everything we know so that you can fly with Ice Queen from day 1!

**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving, head towards downtown Toronto and navigate to College Street.
2. Turn onto Augusta Avenue, which leads directly into Kensington Market.
3. There are several street parking options available in the area, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions or fees.
