Mussles, sweet corn and carolino rice cooked with lots of butter and dill. Finished off with some hot pickled peppers!

🏆 What a great combo. Zippy German Riesling and a morel mushroom lasagna with spinach and smoked mozzarella. Throw in a pea salad on the side and you have a winner. 🏆
This Riesling in particular is from Weingut Bianka und Daniel Schmitt - what a beauty of a refreshment.
